Alice E. Meier, 81, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Friday, February 12, 2021. Alice was born in Oregon, Ohio, at the home of her parents, Lawrence and Helen (Becker) Kahler January 22, 1940. She graduated from Clay High School in 1958 and attended Bowling Green State University. Alice worked as a personnel manager with Jones & Henry Engineers, Toledo and spent 25 years working in Covina, California. On September 3, 1966, she married the love of her life Earl Meier Sr. Alice had a passion for travel; visiting many countries throughout the world, Italy being her favorite. Alice is survived by her sister, Kay Abbey; brother, Clarence Kahler; niece, Susan Flannery; nephew, James Asbury; dear friend, Sara Holup; along with many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl; son, Earl Lawrence Meier Jr.; sister, Elizabeth Brandenburg; and brother, Lawrence Kahler.
