Jamie Diane Frazee, 45, of Walbridge, OH, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2023 after a brief illness.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph & Betty Frazee and James & Ruth McCormick.

Jamie is survived by her parents, Gary & Diane Frazee; siblings, Tyler Frazee, Tiffany Frazee Hornyak & her daughter, Krystal Perry, and Joseph Frazee & his wife Stephanie Frazee & their son Murray Frazee.

Visitation will be Monday, July 24 at the Eggleston Meinert and Pavley Funeral Home, 440 South Coy Rd, Oregon, OH from 3:00-8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, July 25 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 300 Warner St, Walbridge, OH at 10:30 a.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. prior to the Mass.
