Joseph E. Cutcher, 76, of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 17, 2006 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born in Toledo, OH on March 3, 1929 to Jess and Mary (Myrice) Cutcher. Joseph served in the US Army during the Korean War receiving 3 service medals. He was employed as a warehouse checker at the Toledo Overseas Terminal for 38 years. Joseph enjoyed woodworking, gardening and spending time with his neighbors.
Surviving are his loving wife of 44 years, Yvonne (Cunningham); daughter, Connie Alford; granddaughter, MoNeick Alford (Drew), special great-grandson, Andrew; sisters, Mary Komorny and Jean Staler. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jesse and William Cutcher.
Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH on Thursday, January 19, 2006 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with interment following in North Oregon Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Joseph's memory are asked to consider the charity of the donor's choice.
