A. Robert Reiss, 66, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 23, 3003 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital surrounded by his loving wife and family. Bob was born on November 21, 1936 at Arnold and Mary (Gannon) Reiss. He was an Army Veteran. On December 31, 1964, Bob married Judith Braun. He had worked for Sears as a serviceman for 25 years, retiring in 1991. Bob was a liver transplant recipient 13 years ago and was a member of T.R.I.O. (Transplant Recipient International Organization). He was an active member of Faith United Methodist Church. He played Hockey for the Toledo Barons and also was a Hockey Official. Bob also coached a Millbury Girls Softball team for 20 years in the Tri-County League and he enjoyed bowling at Moline Lanes for many years. Surviving is his loving wife, Judith; son, Rob (Angie) Reiss; daughters, Kristi (Todd) Nowicki and Kori (Tom) Roth; mother, Mary Reiss Riggs and grandchildren, Megan, Morgan, Nolan, Tristan, and Taylor. Family and friends may call at Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury, Ohio on Sunday and Monday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at Faith United Methodist Church, 3415 Starr Ave., Oregon, Ohio on Tuesday, May 27, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. where family will greet friends one hour prior.
