Alan M. Hubbell, 36, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 15, 2005. He was born on August 24, 1968, to Denver and Karen (Lutman) Hubbell in Oregon, Ohio. Alan attended Goodwill Spiritualist Church in Walbridge and was employed by Advanced Engineering. He was a veteran of the US Navy, proudly serving his country. Alan enjoyed hunting, golfing, and bowling. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; daughter, Samantha; parents; sister, Stacy (Duane)Furniss; grandfather, Alvin Hubbell; niece, Mackenzie Furniss; close friend, Kelly York, and special friends, Lisa, John, Luke, and Haley. Alan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Billie Hubbell and Verle and Dorothy Lutman, and aunt, Verla Moore. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2005, from 2-9 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
