Alberta Bert J. Armstrong, 90, of Toledo, Ohio passed away August 6, 2007 in her home. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 14, 1917 to Albert and Olive (Schumacher) Holdren. Bert was a member of the VFW Post #9816.   Surviving are her children, Richard (Norma) Armstrong and Arlayne (Charles) Berry; sister-in-law Edna Armstrong; best friends, Dee Sedlak and Jason Masters. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Robert and sons, Ronald and Robert.   Interment of cremains will take place in Toledo Memorial Park on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at 12 noon with a memorial service following at the VFW Post #9816 1802 Ashcroft Dr. Oregon, OH at 2 p.m.  Contributions in Bert's memory may be given to the Armstrong family.
