Alice M. Knell, 90 of east Toledo, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at Lutheran Home at Toledo. Alice was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 16, 2003 to Maryellen (Ogden) Matthew Shultz. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She had worked in the cafeteria at Sun Oil Company for a number of years prior to her retirement. Alice was also a member of the Lotus Chapter and the Yondota Chapter of the Eastern Star also a member of Amaranth Order. Surviving are her son, David (Genevia) Knell of Wytheville, Virginia; daughter-in-laws, Margaret, Nancy Knell; 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandparents; and numerous great-great grandchildren. She was preceded death by her husband, Cloyd, sons, Richard and Robert E. Sr.. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday from 2-9 pm. where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
