Alice M. Seferian, 97, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 25, 2022 in Mercy St. Charles Hospital. Alice was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 14, 1925 to Joseph and Margaret (Olexo) Belegrin. She graduated from Waite High School and worked in the cafeteria for Oregon City Schools many years. Alice was an active member of St. Ignatius Church for many years. She was also member of St. Charles Hospital Guild and volunteered with Helping Hands of St. Louis and Little Sisters of the Poor "birthday bingos". Alice loved nature and enjoyed being outdoors in the sunshine with family and friends.
Surviving are her children, Christine M. Bricker, David J. (Joanne), Mark S. (Cathleen), Beth A. (Scott) Gibson and Alan M. (Sally); step-children, Michael (Regina) Seferian, Sue (Dan) Meis, Cheryl (Tim) Kincaid and Joseph (Sylvia) Seferian; siblings, John Belegrin and Mary Ann Barva; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Finger; second husband, Joseph Seferian; son, James; step son, Scott and siblings, Joseph, James, Paul, Ernie, Emil, William Belegrin, and Margaret Wilczynski.
The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will also be held at St. Ignatius Church, 212 N. Stadium Rd., Oregon, Ohio on Monday, May 2, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
