Allen  L. Mills Jr., 76, of Oregon, OH passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 in Arbors of Sylvania.  Mr. Mills was born in Akron, Ohio on June 15, 1929 to Allen and Thelma (Hout) Mills Sr.  He was employed over 30 years as a conductor and brakeman for the Norfolk Southern Railway before his retirement in 1982.   Surviving are his wife, Phyllis; son, Ray Allen (Angela White) Mills; daughter, Debbie (Chuck) Spiller; step son, Carl (Carol) Neff Jr.; stepdaughters, Gladys DeArmand , Carolyn (Saul) Yanez, Connie (Ron) Hiner; brother, Karl Mills; sisters, Sally Heinl, Eleanor Harris; grandchildren, Ray Jr., Charity Ann, Joshua Allen, Catelyn, Ashley, Brittany, Brandon, Angela, Marcos, Christopher and Tara.   Family and friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Avenue where visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 9 pm.  Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Friday at noon and process to Toledo Memorial Park for graveside services at 1:00 pm.  The family would like to thank the staff at both the Lutheran Home of Toledo and Arbors of Sylvania for their loving care during Allens stay.
