Allen Lee Schiffler, 66, of Curtice, Ohio passed away in his residence on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Al was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 5, 1949 to Charles and Dorotha (Miles) Schiffler. Al had retired from Con-Railroad and most recently retired from Chrysler Corporation. In his spare time Al enjoyed fishing and cheering his Cleveland Browns Football team on! Al's greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family. Surviving are his children, Tammy Falk, Shelley Stevens, Allen Schiffler, Jamie Schiffler, Connie Strabley, Toyna Allen, Michelle Funk, Renee Laberdie; fiance, Mary Schiffler; 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; brother, Les (Waynetta) Schiffler; sisters, Linda Balduf, Robin (Frank) Caputo. Al was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Linda. Visitation will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-8 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, where his funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am. Entombment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum.
