Andrew F. Garcia, 30, of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 14, 2020. He was born on October 2, 1989 in Toledo, Ohio. Andrew loved art, cars, music, boxing and spending time with his friends and family. Andrew is survived by his parents, Fred and Stella Powell; children, Alex, Kaylena, Miguel; grandmother, Dolores Garcia; biological mother, Mary Louise Quintanilla; siblings, Alisa Garcia, Rebecca Quintanilla, Benjamin Quintanilla, Molly Quintanilla, Fred (Stephanie) Powell, Jane Powell; longtime family friend, Lou Maire; close friend, Tiffany Forbes; and many loving family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, January 20, 2020 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral service at 1:00 pm.
