Andrew Philip Hart passed away April 25, 2013 at his home. Andy is survived by his parents Philip and Donna Hart; daughter, Abigail and her mother, Christine Jilek Hart; brother, David Hart; and niece, Ella Hart. Andy loved his daughter above anything else; she brought sunshine and smiles to him. Andy loved challenges, to learn new things, and to find out how things worked, often by taking them apart. He was an artisan and scholar. For the past 10 years, Andy worked as a Public Defender in Wood County and as a Federal Public Defender in the Northern Ohio Federal Courts. Andy believed in the legal system and worked tirelessly to assure people received due process. Friends are invited to a memorial service honoring Andy on Wed., May 8, from 4-7 PM. It will be held at Oak Openings Lodge, 5240 Wilkins Rd., Whitehouse, OH 43571. The lodge is located at the corner of Wilkins Rd. and the Parkway. This location was chosen because Andy spent a lot of time there. After the program there will be a reception. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to a memorial fund established for Andy'™s daughter, Abigail. Contributions can be made to the 'œAndrew P.
