Andrew M. Stephan, 78 of east Toledo passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at his daughter's home surrounded by his family. Andrew was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 9, 1945 to John S. and Elizabeth (Liptak) Stephan. Prior to retiring Andrew worked 35 years for Household Centralized Services. He was a member of Epiphany of the Lord St. Stephens Catholic Church. Andrew was United States Navy Veteran.

Surviving are his daughters, Elizabeth Stephan and Melissa (Jose) Villegas; grandchildren, Samantha, Brian, Brianna, Helen Stewart, Jasmine Bush, Savannah, Jose Jr., Melanie Villegas; great grandchildren, Saveah, Shane Jr, Michael Jr., Royal.  Andrew and Diamond.  Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Connie, siblings, Phyllis, Bettylou, Susie, Johnl.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 12 noon until 6:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road where his funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 30. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
