Ann R. Bartok, 92, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Gardens of St. Francis. Ann was born July 25, 1931, in Toledo, Ohio to Joseph and Anna (Molnar) Bartok. In 1949, she graduated from Whitney Vocational High School. Ann retired in 1988 as a ticket agent with United Airlines. An active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Ann was a member of the Altar Rosary Society, and volunteered her time with the funeral luncheon ministry, Christmas basket program and church festival. An avid bowler, Ann was active with the Queens Bowling League for many years and is a member of the Birmingham Hall of Fame.

Ann is survived by her sister, Dorothy Varkoly; beloved nephew, Joseph (Annette) Varkoly, their children Stephen and Lauren; special niece and caregiver, Linda Bartok; along with numerous loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Joseph, William, Ernest, and Julius; and brother-in-law, Bert Varkoly. The family would especially like to acknowledge the entire staff at the Gardens of St. Francis for the constant loving care and compassion they showed Ann.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm where the rosary will be prayed at 6:30 pm. Additional visitation Friday, May 31, 2024 at Epiphany of the Lord Parish - St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 729 White Street, Toledo from 9:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment: Calvary Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Epiphany of the Lord Parish or Helping Hands of St. Louis.
