Ann S. Galuzny, 90, of Cape Coral, Florida and Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2004, in Cape Coral Rehab and Health Center. Ann was born on August 14, 1913, in Toledo, Ohio to Michael and Mary (Osztro) Toth. She was the widow of John Galuzny who preceded her in death in 1969. Mrs. Galunzy was employed for 10 years at Bargain City retiring in 1978 and also worked for the Hostess Bakery. She was a member of Calvin United Church of Christ.
Ann is survived by her son, Robert (Carol); sister, Irene Kornstadt; brother, John (Mary) Toth; grandchildren, Brenda (Curtis) Skupny and Robert (Tricia) Galuzny; great-grandchildren, Jeffrey and Nathan Skupny and Chase and Alexa Galuzny and several nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Krizsak and Helen Katona and brothers, Michael and Joseph Toth.
Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday, July 28, 2004 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Ann's name are asked to consider Calvin United Church of Christ.
