Ann Marie Korotnayi, 86, of Toledo passed away on January 25, 2017 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 3, 1930 to Paul and Elizabeth (Kavascanzki) Strick. Ann is a member of Epiphany of the Lord – St. Stephen's Parish where she was an active member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Mother's Club. She loved making angels for the Christmas Angel Tree at the church. Ann is survived by her children, Jackie Korotnayi, Jeannie (John) Dishaw, Jill Korotnayi, Charlie (Christine), Karen (Tim) Startzman, Lori (Dave) Balogh; grandchildren, Nick (Rachelle), Sarah, Michael (Rebecca Rombach), Jake, Reighly; great grandchildren, Harlow, Hunter, Channing, Zoey, Connor; She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of almost 63 years, Jim; sons, James Jr., Jeffrey; siblings, Paul Strick, Mary Lewandowski, Theresa Strick, Margaret Lajti. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S, Coy Road on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 1-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at Epiphany of the Lord St. Stephen's Catholic Church 2018 Consaul St. at 11:00 AM where the family will greet friends one hour prior to the mass where the Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
