Anna M. Dienes, 101, of Van Wert, OH and formerly of East Toledo passed away Friday, September 1, 2006 in Convoy Care Center.  Anna was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 8, 1905 to Andrew and Anna (Hritz) Kaduk. She was a member of Memorial United Church of Christ.   Surviving is her son, John (Donna) Dienes; brothers, John  Kaduk; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; special nieces, Marcia and Nancy and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John; daughter, Ann Elizabeth Hornyak; brothers, Andrew, Frank and Louis Kaduk; sisters, Susan Hartman and Elizabeth Germann.   Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. at Starr Avenue on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 from 1 to 8 pm.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 1 pm with interment following in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
