Anna Rita Lewis, 75, of Perrysburg, OH passed away November 3, 2005 in her home. She was born in Ransom, PA to George and Verna (Labanich) Suprick. Anna served as a Lt. Nurse during the Korean War. She had been employed at the Toledo Hospital as head nurse in the surgical unit. Anna was a member of Sacred Heart Church and a life member of the St. Charles Hospital Guild. Anna is survived by her husband, Thomas; daughters, Michelle (Tom) Smith and Andrea (John) Lewis-Weisenburger; sisters, Mary Suprick, Madeline Cook and Helen Conaghan; brother, George Suprick; grandchildren, Erica and Sarah Smith, Kelsey and Kaylyn Weisenburger. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Verna Franko. Friends and family may visit at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH on Friday, November 4, 2005 from 2-9 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:15 a.m. and proceed to Sacred Heart Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Memorial gifts may be made to the charity of the donor's choice or Hospice of NW Ohio.
