Anna K. Sullivan 93, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Anna was born on February 8, 1921 in Defiance, Ohio to David and Irene (Imber) Sullivan. Anna was a graduate of St. Ursula Academy and worked as a secretary for General Tire & Rubber for 38 years, retiring in 1986. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church where she was active with the 55 Plus Club and Altar Rosary Society. In later years, she was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Oregon. Anna volunteered with the Mercy / St. Vincent Hospital Auxiliary and the League of St. Anthony Villa. She also enjoyed traveling and playing Bunco with friends. Anna is survived by her sister-in-law, La Jane Sullivan; nieces, Maureen Sullivan and Corrine Sullivan (Steve Willford); nephews, David (Shelby) Sullivan III and James (Deb) Sullivan; great nieces and nephews, David Sullivan IV, Taegen Sullivan, Tiffany (Andrew) Baer, Shawna (Jim) Anderson, Christopher (Carrie) Sullivan, and Jeffrey ( Lisa) Stiffler; great-great- nephews, Collin and Noah Stiffler. Anna is also survived by her Bichon Bridget, along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Sullivan Jr., and Sister Catherine Sullivan, OP. Friends may call at St. Ignatius Catholic Church 212 N. Stadium Road, Oregon on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 10:00 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Private graveside services will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Defiance, Ohio.
