Annabell Schwarz, 92, passed away on February 9, 2016 at Orchard Villa. She was born in Nevada, Ohio on January 23, 1924 to Elza and Bessie (Hauck) Trautman. Annabell worked in the custom drapery departments at LaSalle's, Macy's and Elder Beerman's for 30 years before retiring. She loved to sew, crochet and spend time with her family. Annabell was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
Annabell is survived by her children, Vicky (Richard) Cubberly and Christian (Cathleen) Schwarz; grandchildren, Kevin (Kathy) Cubberly, Amy Yeager, Christin (Kevin) Rogalski and Ryan Schwarz; great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Grace Cubberly and Danny and Devin Yeager; sister, Martha (James) Higgins; brother-in-law, John Friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel E. Schwarz, Jr; parents; brother, George Troutman; sister, Hester Cunning, Alma Troutman and Clara Fought.
Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 20 S. Yondota, Curtice, Ohio on Monday February 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Those wishing an expression of sympathy in Annabell's memory are asked to consider St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
