Annabell Szabo, 76, of Sylvania, Oh, formerly of Oregon, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011, at Kingston at Sylvania. Annie was born in 1934 in Curtice , Ohio to Steven and Anna (Nem) Varga. In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Szabo in the fall of 2010. She was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church. Annie was also member of the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoyed bowling in her spare time. Surviving are her children, Alfred Jr. (Tammy), Suzie (Mark) Wixsom, Annie (Doug) Diefenthaler; grandchildren, Carly and Dean Wixsom, Grace and Olivia Szabo, Max and Ava Diefenthaler. . Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m and where her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Williston Cemetery.
