Anola "Eileen" Koprowski, 83, of Walbridge, passed away Friday, February 13, 2009, at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio inpatient unit in Perrysburg. Anola was born in Besoco, West Virginia on March 27, 1925, to Howard and Ruby (Wolfe) Shrewsbery. She was the widow of Julian Koprowski. Mrs. Koprowski was a member of New Harvest Christian Church and past volunteer at the former Riverside Hospital. Surviving are her son, Michael (Nancy) Koprowski; sisters, Norma Taylor, Dorothy Taylor, Patricia (Ron) Robison; brother, Gene (Gladys) Shrewsbery; grandchildren, Scott (Tami) and Kevin (Tiffany) Koprowski; great- grandchildren, Kyra and Kacie. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Howard, Joseph, Bruce, Ronald and Richard Shrewsbery; sisters, Betty Becker, Enola Christine Stephens, Margie Perrine, Shirley Dalton and Carol Shrewsbery. Friends and family may call in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd. where visitation will be Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the New Harvest Christian Church, 3540 Seaman Road in Oregon. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions in Anola's memory may be made to New Harvest Christian Church, St. Catherine of Siena Building Fund or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
