Arlene Murphy Grindstaff, 55, of Millbury, Ohio passed away Friday, November 27, 2009, at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. Arlene was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky on December 11, 1953, to Curtis and Wanda (Porter)Manning. She was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church. Surviving are her husband, Jerry R. Grindstaff Jr.; children, Wanda Murphy, Tracy (John) Ball, Kimberly (John J.) Napolski, Melissa Brimmer, Jaqi Bryant; grandchildren, Alicia, Bradley, Desiree, Katlynn, Angel, Alyssa, Ryan, Donna, Kailey; great granddaughter, Aleena; brothers, Roger (Patty), Troy Manning; sisters, Sandy Piatt, Tammy Gilpin, Carla (Dave) Brecht; father and mother in-law, Jerry and Mary Grindstaff Sr.; sisters- in-law, Patty (Tommy) Harvey, Pamela Gist. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Harry Murphy; brother, Danny. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury on Tuesday from 2-9 p.m. and where her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
