Arlene E. Schrubb, 88, of Oregon, OH, passed away April 16, 2006, in her home. She was born in Adrian, MI, on November 3, 1917, to Harry and Elsie (Jacobs) Harsh. Arlene had been employed as a secretary at Gross Electric. She was a member of Toledo Tabernacle Church of God and also attended the Coral Ridge Church in Florida. Surviving are her sister, Margaret (Carlton) Dennis of Florida; nephews, Donald (Patricia) Harsh, Michael (Susan) Dennis, and Mark (Cathy) Dennis. Also surviving are many close great nephews, great nieces and great-great nieces and nephews. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James Schrubb. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Harold Berk officiating. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
