Arnold Sicha, 47, of Oregon, OH passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2005 in St. Charles Hospital. Mr. Sicha was born in Toledo on July 25, 1957 to Theodore and Katherine (Millner) Sicha. Arnold attended Waite High School and was a US Navy veteran. Surviving are his brothers, Theodore (Angela) Sicha of Perrysburg and Thomas (Carol) Sicha of Whitehouse; sister, Amy (Dave) Say of Rohnert Park, CA; 3 nephews and one niece. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Tuesday from 2-9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Toledo Memorial Park.
