Arthur 'œDonald Duck' Schott, 78, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. He was born in Chicago, IL on December 17, 1932 to Joseph and Lucille Schott. Art was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed for 34 years by the Illinois Bell Company where he specialized in 'œtrouble shooting' phone problems throughout the Chicago area. He retired in 1992. Arthur was an active member of the Blissfield Model Railroad Club and a member of the Bell Pioneers Club. His 'œDonald Duck' sounds brought joy to all who heard it, particularly children. Surviving are his loving wife, Olive (Shepard); sons, Arthur J., Paul, John and Patrick Schott; daughter, Cecelia Fell; step daughter, Beth (David) Waite; brother, Robert Schott; grandchildren, Sarah Schott, Kyle and Kevin Waite. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Joseph Jr. and daughters, Loretta and Mary Ann Schott.
