Arturo Perez Sr., 49, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack while working in Louisville, Kentucky. Arturo was born in Mexico on April 7, 1969 to Ramon and Dolores (Padilla) Perez. Once moving to the United States Arturo became a U.S. Citizen. He worked for Timiny Railroad Construction. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Surviving are his loving wife, Laura; children Arturo Jr, Franky (Mercedes) Perez, Vanessa (Eddie) Wyatt, sister, Guadalupe Delgad, also surviving are his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-8 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon where the rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 728 St. Clair Street, Toledo, at 11:00 am and where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
