Audrey M. Edens, 71, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Audrey was born on January 9, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Asa and Francis (Byram) Troup. She enjoyed going to Florida, reading, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Audrey was employed by Toledo Public Schools for 30 years, before retiring in 2011. Aside from work, she was an active member at Echo Meadows Church of Christ. Audrey is survived by her sons, Brett Edens and Brian (Dawn) Edens; daughter, Leslie (Scott) Ehle; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Paul (Nancy) Myers, Beverly (Chet) Randolph, William (Gigi) Troup and Mary (Ron) Wisniewski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Edens; brother, Robert Myers and her parents. Services will be private. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
