Barbara J. Giovanoli, 82, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Monday, June 12, 2023, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Barb was born January 16, 1941, in Toledo, Ohio to Philip and Margaret (Vanyo) Rapp. On June 25, 1960, she married Richard Giovanoli. Barb worked many years as a bookkeeper with Foodtown Supermarkets. She treasured the time spent with her family, enjoyed crocheting, crafts, fishing, playing poker, and visiting her favorite casinos.

Barb is survived by her sons, Tim, Todd (Paula), Tony, Terry (Michelle), and Scott; daughter-in-law, Denise Giovanoli; 10 grandsons, 6 granddaughters, 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Philip (Anne) Rapp and Nanette (Dave) Wolfe. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; children, Tom Giovanoli and Tina Koren; granddaughter, Tiffany Koren; and sisters, Peggy Blossom and Kate Callahan.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 9:00 am until memorial service at 11:00 am. Interment: Lake Township Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
