Barbara M. Larson, 83, of Oregon, OH passed away surrounded by her loving family in her home. She was born in New York, New York to Maurice and Elizabeth LaPlaca. Barbara was an animal lover, enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Surviving is her son, Lawrence (Starr) Larson; daughter, Lori (Al Columbus) Larson; grandson, Andrew Larson; and four legged companion, Nela. She was preceded in death by her parents. Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Barbara's caregivers for their compassionate care, especially Jen.
