Barbara Ann Osenbaugh, 89, of east Toledo, passed away, Monday, May 29, 2023 at Hospice of Northwest, Ohio, Toledo surrounded by her family. Barbara was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 29, 1933 to Howard and Mary (Zitzman) Johnson. Barbara attended Waite High School and was a member of the former Oakdale United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Beta Sigma Phi, Lady's Shriner, Waite High School band Parent's Association, Marilynette's Association and the MOPH Auxiliary.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Kathy Streight, daughter-in-law, Marilyn Osenbaugh; grandchildren, Nora (Jim) Mc Gibbeny, Jennifer (Karl) Zacharias, Gale Frybarger, Jennifer Havener, Ryan (Nicole) Osenbaugh, Steve (Jenny) Frybarger, Jammi Streight, Timothy Jr. (Heather) Streight, and Kimberly Havener. 23 Great Grandchildren & 13 Great Great Grandchildren. Best friend of 84 years, Barbara Carr.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Osenbaugh; children, Infant daughter; son, Robert Osenbaugh; daughter, Mary Cummings; brother, Bernard Johnson.

Visitation will be held Monday. June 5, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 12:00 noon at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home. Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be directed to Shriner's Children Hospital.
