Barbara M. Rauhut, 76, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. She was born in Newark, Ohio on October 13, 1939 to Charles and Helen (Hammond) McGough Sr. Barbara married her best friend and love of her life John Rauhut on March 20, 1971. . Faith played a very important role in Barbara's life and together they enjoyed volunteering at the University Of Toledo Medical Center as pastoral care. She attended church retirees meetings, bible study, and being part of the Clark St. diner's fellowship group. Barbara is survived by her husband of 44 years, John; sister-in-law, Nancy McGough and her children, Kelly and Jeff; sister-in-law, Pam (Richard) Gagen and their children, Keith, Jeremy and Sarah. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Raymond McGough. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 2-9 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
