Barbara J. Traver, 55, of Millbury OH passed away on May 6, 2007, in her home. She was born in Toledo, OH on June 26, 1951, to Herman and Virginia (Hutchison) Siler. Barbara was employed with Toledo Hospital for 21 years. She was a member of the VFW Post 9963 Ladies Auxiliary where she was currently serving as a trustee and volunteering at the monthly food give away. She also was a member of the Eagles Fraternal Order of Rossford 2322. In her free time she enjoyed playing bingo, going to garage sales, traveling with her husband and attending Shriner functions. Barbara also loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Dennis "Pinky"; daughters, Wendy Hernandez and Amy Gogley (Chuck); stepson, Dean Traver; brother, Scott Siler; sister, Gail Smith; grandsons, Damian, Stephen, Nathan and Brandan and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Herman Siler. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd. on Thursday, May 10, 2007, from 2 until 9 p.m. where a VFW Ladies Auxiliary Service will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 11 am. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in Barbara's name be sent to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Lake Township Fire Department Memorial Fund or the Zenobia Shriner's Endowment Fund.
