Barton L. Susor, 65, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on March 18, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at Promedica Toledo Hospital. Barton was born on Febuary 9, 1951 in Toledo, Ohio to Erving and Sydonia (Johnson) Susor. Barton obtained a Bachelors Degree from Miami University. After graduating he worked as a self employed audio visual specialist. He was a member of Epiphany of the Lord Parish-St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Barton enjoyed traveling, being out in nature, roaming the prairie's and watching wildlife. Barton was the kind of man that would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend that will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Surviving are his siblings, Donald (Helene) Susor, Mary Spaulding, John (Nora) Susor; numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ronald Susor; sister Christine Susor and brother-in-law, Norman Spaulding. Friends may visit at Epiphany of the Lord Parish-St. Thomas Aquinas Church on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 10:00 am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy be directed to, Cherry Street Mission, St. Thomas Aquinas Church or Charity of Donor's Choice.
