Beda L. Bevington, 83 passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the

Gardens of St. Francis with her family by her side. Beda was born in

Toledo, On October 1, 1940 to Howard and Edith (Granger) Wagner. She

was a graduate of the 1959 Waite High School. Beda was a LPN working at

St. Charles Hospital prior to her retirement.

Beda is survived by her partner, MaryEtta Betz, daughter, Madonna (Peter)

Burkit; grandchildren, Kristin (Seth Langianese) Rutkowski, Bryan (Joshua

Schroeder) Rutkowski; Amber (Brendan) Ford, Douglas Stringham; great

grandson, Michael Patrick Ford; brothers Robert (Dorothy) Wagner and Roland Wagner; friend, Gary

(Sharon) Bevington. Beda was preceded in death by her parents, partner,

Patricia Fike; siblings, George, Sharon, Edward.

Beda was a lively and giving person with testimony she showed others what love is and a model

for mothers she learned from her mother Edith.

A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Christ United

Methodist Church, 5757 Starr Ext., Oregon, Ohio at 11:30 am with a

luncheon to follow. Private interment was held at Restlawn Memorial Park.
