Belinda J. Kilburn, 51, of Toledo, Ohio passed away February 28, 2010 at Arbors of Oregon. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 21, 1958 to Alvin and Rosalie (France) Kilburn. Belinda enjoyed sewing and regularly attended church services. Surviving are her sisters, Berniece LaCourse, Wanda Russell and Angela (James) Gray; brother, Alvin (Chris) Kilburn, and many nieces and nephews. Belinda was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
