Bessie E. Waganfeald, 85, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Willows Rehabilitation Center. Bessie was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 27, 1927 to Vernon and Lila (Ingalsbe) Fair. She was a graduate of Waite High School where she met her husband, Bill Waganfeald. Bessie and Bill married January 1, 1947. Bessie was a dedicated homemaker and enjoyed attending barbeques with her family. She enjoyed her yearly trips to Las Vegas to visit Susie and Paul, and vacations with her sisters. Her true passion was spending time with her children and grandchildren. Bessie is survived by her children; Susie (Paul) Farkas, Frank (Anita) Waganfeald, Donna Gibbons, and Bill Waganfeald; grandchildren, Jamie (Joe) Dantzer, Jim Gibbons, Frank and Hal Waganfeald; sisters, Dorothy Johnson and Evelyn Ewing. Bessie is also survived by many loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon Fair and Lila McCullough; husband, Bill; and brothers, Jack Fair and George 'œSonny' Cobb. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, November 18th from 2:00-8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 19th at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
