Betty Jane Beller, 80, of Toledo, Ohio passed away August 2, 2010 at Orchard Villa Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Dunbar, W. Virginia on October 17, 1929 to Mark and Lotus (Lee) French. She graduated from Dunbar High School and St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing. On September 22, 1959, she married Jesse Beller, and he preceded her in death in 1969. She worked as a registered nurse for over forty years. For 30 years she worked at Lutheran Home of Toledo, providing loving care and treatment to her many patients. She was an avid traveler, gardener, golfer, and bowler, and had a great zest for adventure. Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Surviving are her daughters, Beth Beller of Kansas City, MO. and Marilee Medlen; grandchildren, James Jr. (Holly), Michael and Patrick Medlen; great grandson, James D. Medlen; sister, Barbara (Kenneth) Williams. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse, and sister, Ann Story.
