Betty M. Bischoff, 82, of Northwood, Ohio passed away September 17, 2012 at Orchard Villa. She was born in Hamler, Ohio on May 4, 1930 to Floyd and Bertha (Jackman) Dillon. In her early years she enjoyed traveling with her parents promoting their kiddie and pony rides at various carnivals throughout the country. In her later years she enjoyed raising and showing quarter horses with her children and husband Paul. Betty loved spending time with her family and grandkids. She also enjoyed polka dancing and lending a hand at the Hamler summer fest for many years. Surviving are her sons, Rick and Doug Bischoff; daughter, Sandra (Dan) Coutcher; grandchildren, Tawny and Joshua Sanford, Jarred Bischoff; great-granddaughters, Makayla and Aubriana; sister, Marge Willman; brother, Gene (Suzie) Dillon, and nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul Bischoff, son Ronald; sister, Mary Catherine; and brother Donald Dillon. Friends and family may visit Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Woodville Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road on Sunday, September 23 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 24 at noon in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Township cemetery.
