Betty Jane Collins, 80, of east Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2008 in her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 30, 1927 to Ignatius and Mary Jane (Bunce) Velliquette.  Betty was a supervisor for 23 years with First National Bank and most recently Fifth Third Bank retiring in 1990.  She was very proud of her job and worked closely with the FBI on bank surveillance records.    Surviving are her children, Robert (Dorothy) Collins; Sandi (Rick) Fields and Debi Kerekes; grandchildren, Andrea, Aaron, Jerid, Joshua, Kacey, Kristy and Dylan and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Sr. and brothers, Donald and Robert Velliquette.   Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Wednesday from 2 to 9 pm. where funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11 am.  Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery.
