Betty J. Groll, 79, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away, Friday, October 15, 2004, at Bay Park Community Hospital. Betty was born in Lima, Ohio, on May 19, 1925, to Victor and Zelda (Sears) Stemen. She was the widow of Clarence (Bud) Groll Jr. who passed away in 2001. Betty was a very loving wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all. Betty is survived by her children, Robert (Barb), Ronald (Pat), Karen (Don) Skaff, Sharon (Jess) Cogle, Allen (Helen), Pam (Bill) LaGrange, Thomas (Dawn); brother, Arnold Stemen; sister, Janice Molnar; step-brother, Victor Stemen Jr.; 25 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald Stemen and step-sister, Violet Howell. Family and friends may visit the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury, Ohio, on Monday, October 18, 2004, from 2 until 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
