Betty (Condon) Nick Janis of Oregon went peacefully to be with her Lord & Savior on Monday, April 24, 2006 surrounded by her loving family.  Betty with her husband William Nick owned the Black Cat Grille for 30 years serving the best hot dogs & hamburgers in town; she did all the cooking herself!   Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Fred & Laura Condon, Husbands William Nick and Edward Janis and son-in-law Harry Todd.  Betty is survived by her loving daughter Kathleen Todd, granddaughters, Laura (Mike) Sibbersen and Lisa (Jason) Beckman, Great-Grandchildren, Tyler and Emily Sibbersen, sister, Hildegard Condon and brother, Clarence (Ada Lou) Condon.   Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday from 2-9p.m.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the First Apostolic Church, 5701 Sylvania Avenue where the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Officiating the service will be Rev. Gary Trzcinski.  Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
