Betty S. Timbrook, 72, of Oregon, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2009, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Betty was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 31, 1937, to John and Ethel (Roloff) Luce. She was the widow of Rowland Timbrook. Betty was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She was an avid card player, enjoying her monthly card club. Surviving are her children, Ron (Lori) Timbrook, Matt (Karen) Timbrook, Betsy Skiver and Robert Timbrook; mother, Ethel Luce; sister, Joan Myers; brother, William Luce; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; close friends, Hugh and Evon Connally, and Leonard and Dolores Jabs. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Rowland and father, John. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel on Sunday from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 19, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 106 Plumer Street. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. The family suggests memorial contributions in Betty's memory be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
