Beverly Jean Brown, 78 of Oregon, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008, at Orchard Villa.  Bev was born on January 24, 1930 in Canton, Ohio to LeRoy and Eveline Brown.  She was a member of First St. Mark Lutheran Church.  Bev volunteered for several years at St. Charles Mercy Hospital.  Bev is survived by her sister, Nancy A. Simmons of West Virginia.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to First St. Mark Lutheran Church, Oregon, Ohio.
