Beverly Dean Peters, 70, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2003 in Flower Hospital. She was born November 28, 1932 in Toledo to Lamar and Sarah (Wynn) Dean. Through the years, Beverly had been employed by Ray's House of Meats, Foodtown and the Auto Lite as a bookkeeper. She was a long time volunteer for the Society for the Handicapped, parent organizer of Riverside Teen Town, past-president of Riverside PTA, past president of the Woodward Band Boosters, Dendaraha Court #10 LOSNA, member of the former Clown Unit, past member of the Musiqa Unit, member of the former Harbor Light Eastern Star O.E.S. and a former member of Harbor View Yacht Club.. Surviving are her children, Cheryl (Jim) Skolmowski and Randy (June) Peters; grandchildren, Cindy, Nick, Sarah, Ryan and Chris. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Fredric E. Peters and her parents. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2003 from 2:00-9:00 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon with a Dendaraha Court Shrine service at 7:00 p.m. Graveside funeral services will be private in North Oregon Cemetery.
