Beverly A. Young, 87, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Friday, March 24, 2023. Beverly was born August 31, 1935 to Harold and Ruth (Hansen) Hannan. She was a graduate of Waite High School and earned both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Toledo. Beverly was an instructor at Davis Business College, reading specialist at Rossford Local Schools, and retired as a librarian from Toledo Public Schools in 2003. Beverly enjoyed taking road trips and traveling throughout the United States.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 38 years, Kenneth; children, Gregory Aiello, Robin Reasti, and Robert Young; and grandchildren, Nathan Geiss and Kala Geiss. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Friday, March 31, 2023 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment: Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Ohio or the Parkinson's Foundation of Northwest Ohio.

God saw you getting tired,

When a cure was not to be.
