Billie V. Morse, 85, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016, at his home. Billie was born in Oak Harbor, Ohio on February 28, 1931 to Rollin and Mollie (Rausch) Morse. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Korean War. Following military service, Billie was employed with Sun Oil Company for 35 years. He loved gardening and the outdoors. He especially enjoyed visiting Vineyard Lake Cottage with his wife and family. Billie was known for being a jokester, always helping others and never saying "no". Billie is survived by his daughters, Connie Meredith, Cindy (Paul) Peer, Debbie Korakes; grandchildren, Chad Meredith, Diana Peer, Tom (Beth) Dennis; brother-in-law, Carl Kerstetter and sister-in-law, Betty Morse. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margie ; brother, Harold and sister, Lorna Schumaker. Friends may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. Private family graveside services will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
