Billy R. Dutton, 81, of Toledo, Ohio passed away November 19, 2022 at home. Billy was born in Nauvoo, Alabama on November 7, 1941 to Wesley and Nora (Bridgeman) Dutton. He worked as a Millwright at Toledo Coke for many years before retiring. Billy enjoyed working on clocks, taking care of his yard and spending time with his family. He was extremely friendly and enjoyed walking around his neighborhood and talking to his many friends.

Surviving are his loving wife of 63 years, Carolyn; children, Billy (Carrie) Dutton Jr, Teresa Dutton, Joyce (John) Barteck and David Dutton; grandchildren, Christopher Dutton, Joshua Dutton, Adam (Alisha) Dutton, Andrew Barteck, Holly (Andrew) Hunt and Ashley (Anthony) James; great grandchildren, Marlee, Elena, Eliza and Asher; siblings, Willie Mae Mote and Leroy (Elsie) Dutton of Alabama; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday, November 23 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to the Autism Academy of Learning, 110 Arco Drive, Toledo Ohio.
