Billy R. Ray "Little Papa" Billy Ray , 73, of Toledo, OH passed Friday, December 26, 2003 in his residence. He was born in Lawrenceburg, TN on April 4, 1930 to Harley and Veda Ray. Billy served his country in the US Army and was employed for over 30 years as a carpenter for Colonial Builders. Billy cherished his family and loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving are his sons, Phillip and Billy (Teresa); grandchildren, Kristal (Matt) Sutton and Billy Jr.; great-grandchildren, Marissa and Matthew Sutton; brother, Mack (Mary) and many nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his wife,Wilma; daughter, Bobbie Lu Ray; parents and his brothers and sisters. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH on Monday, December 29, 2003 from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
