Billy M. "Big Papa" Ray Sr., 52, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Mercy Hospital. He was born in Waynesboro, Tennessee on January 8, 1964 to Billy and Wilma (Parker) Ray. Billy Ray graduated from Waite High School then worked as a laborer for several years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, camping and going to the FOE. Billy Ray is survived by his children, Kristal (Matthew) Sutton, Billy (Amber) Ray Jr.; grandchildren, Marissa, Matthew, Brandon, Addison, Alec, Abel, Belle; brother, Philip (Bernice) Ray and many other loving family members. Friends and family may visit Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd. Oregon, Ohio on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 1:00 pm until the time of funeral service at 7:00 pm.
